Need: Zest Mixology were spending too much time managing their bookings. They needed a solution to reduce the time spent managing quotes, invoicing, job sheets, the events calendar and staff.
What we did: The Message Collective created a website for the admin staff that ran all the ‘behind the scene' services. The website also created PDF’s for each of the elements that needed to be emailed or printed for the staff or clients.
Outcome: The website saved time and streamlined the processes, helping get from initial contact to the event. It reduced costs significantly by reducing the staff needed to run the business systems.
